Well when I started this project their was'nt  too many guys were tuning the the 240sx. But 3yrs later look at what we have a full blown drift scene !

This in turn lowers unsprung wieght by about 15lbs




This is a mulitchecker it does loads of cool stuff. I will be able to monitor duty cycle on my injectors and it alerts me if there is a posiblity of a lean mixture ! It also does speed and hp/tq.

Here is a shot of my sr20det redtop so far I don't have the cam angle sensor and the throttle body is jacked up ! Other than that it turns over real smooth and has some carbon build up in the intake manifold but that is pretty much a given !
Well here is a shot of the motor with the valve cover off . I took the valve cover off to inspect the upper valve train and to set the cam angle sensor the timing marks. I went the route of buying a long block which was good and bad in some sense . Well my 240sx is an automatic which means I have quite a bit of converting to do. One of the reasons I bought the long block was because of shipping cost, and it also puts me in the position to replace most of the oem parts with aftermarket parts right from the start . Well guys I will keep you posted on my progress !

I also took the liberty to clean and wash the chassis and undercoat it ! nice huh .
Hopefully in the future I will be able to replace most of the factory suspension components !



Just about ready to pull the ka24ae . I need some bolts so I can mount the tilt sling !
The funny thing is I never used it ! Because the mount points with sling made more of a pain.
I used different sling to get the job done !

Well here is the speed pick up on the auto tranny and guess what; it dosen't fit in the manual tranny .

Well as you can see this is the ka24e wiring harness The two end sections of the harness is what I
need to modify on the sr20det harness. The brown female end and the gray female harness wirings need to be de -pinned and rearanged to match the jdm harness . It will plugged together but the pins are in the wrong place . Click on the pic to see the full harness modifications.
WARNING : Nissan is known to use different color wire between chassis code. Example the wiring diagram on Nissan Perfromance mag for s14 chassis is identical except for two wires.




Well here is my harness all done with info that I got from nissan mag . It was a little confusing at first
but once you go through the info step by step it all makes sense . I will advise any one doing this not to pay . It's not rocket science and we are not trying to go to the moon it is pretty simple.

Here is the slave cylinder for the tranny. Remember my car used to a automatic .




Power steering pump . I have make my own high preasure line for the car being that the 89 s13 chasis power steering system is mounted on the right side of the chasis .

Well funny how things work out . Here you see a greddy 18g turbo mounted perfectly
on the sr20det stock manifold. To think I was so close to selling this turbo . ! Well was shooting
for 300hp. But 400hp here I come !






I had to lower the motor in the engine bay to do some measuring with the down pipe turbine section and the compressor outlet . It looks bueatiful !!
Well in this photo you can see the down pipe has been modified . I had to cut it with band saw.
I need to take the car to weld shop to get a down pipe welded on to it .

Well here is my new 90mm infinityq45 throttle body. I'm going upgrade my intake manifold to accommodate this behemoth.
